Szymanowska flour Luxurious type 550
It is produced by us for years in the mill placed in Szymanów. In its production we use traditional ways of crushing of seeds. Thanks to them we provide you the same flour as used by our great-grandmothers and granmothers in the past.
Szymanowska Flour, Luxurious, type 550 is bright flour, low in mineral substances. It is very good for making yeast cakes, doughnuts, traditional angel wings and cakes. It adds new quality in pancakes, pasta and dumplings. It also can be used as a thickener for sauces and soups. Grandmother Szymanowska uses flour type 550 also for making pudding.
