Rye ecological flour, type 720 is produced from seeds from farmsteads with ecological certificates – it guarantees its high quality, good impact on health and special taste. Flour is produced in the mill placed in Szymanów only with natural method, we do not add any improvers, preservatives, and bleaches. Flour type 720 is perfect for making ecological and high-quality rye bread. Grandmother Szymanowska’s starter culture for white borscht (in Poland – żur) is based on this type of flour – that’s why it has unusual, traditional taste.
