Coarse ground flour is produced in our mills mostly for shortcrust pastry and cookies. It is the most popular type of flour for such desserts.

It is coarse bright flour and it has the structure of porridge. Thanks to denser and coarse consistency is perfectly suited for shortcrust pastry and cookies. It is very good also for making pasta and souces. Grandmotther Szymanowska always uses it for making bread crumbs and crumbles.
