The mixture for baking bread

Baking pizza

The ready mixture that allows us to bake home-making pizza, characterized by its special taste. One pack is enough for baking two portions of pastry which delights you with its taste and crunchiness.

Instructions (thick pastry):

Leavening:

  • 20 g of fresh yeast
  • 15 g of the mixture for baking pizza
  • 50 ml of water

Mix all ingredients and leave for 30 minutes until it has risen.

Pastry:

  • 30 g of olive oil
  • 250 ml of water
  • leavening

Mix all ingredients with spoon in the dish, then knead by hand until smooth mixture is obtained. Leave for 15 minutes. Knead again after obtaing smooth mixture. Form 2 balls, place them in the dish covered with flour, cover with kitchen foil and place in the fridge for 2-24 hours.

Pizza:

After 2-24 hours roll the balls until it obtained 30 cm diameter. Then place them in the spherical mold of 30 x 2,5 cm smeared stronly with olive oil. Grease the top of the pastry with olive oil and leave it in a warm place for 40-60 minutes until it has risen. After that greace the pastry with tomato souce, and put cheese and other ingredients on it. Bake at 240 ºC for 12-14 minutes.
