We produce high-quality wheat and rye flour – packaged and in bulk, standardized types of flour, and baking mixtures.

We also produce pearled barley and semolina (both normal and instant). Professional evaluation of flour quality is done by so-called baking tests in our own laboratory bakeries placed in the mills. Among our customers are: bakeries, patisseries, industrial plants, warehousese, retail chains, traditional retail shops and individual customers.

Section of purchase

The company purchases wheat, rye, barley, rape and maize, both for their own needs and for other entities (service purchase). We obtain high-quality raw material. The quality evaluation takes place in the presence of the supplier at our laboratories, using top-range equipment – it guarantees objective designation of quality parameters of cereal. We offer our contractors long-term partnership based on contracting of wheat, rape, maize and malting barley.
